Dulche de Leche is a milk based caramel-cream that is popular all over Latin America.

It can be used as a spread, but also as a main ingredient in many baked goods and biscuits. Dulche de Leche is often used as a basis for puddings, flan, ice-cream or as a cake filling. 

This confectionary can be traced back to the 18th century in Chile. From there it quickly spread to the neighbouring countries.

It has become a staple of Argentinean life. It is one of the delicacies  that belongs to the Argentine culture and cuisine. Once you have tried it you will never want to be without the taste.

The main ingredients are milk, sugar and vanilla. It is cooked slowly to give it its unmistakable texture and flavour.

There are different sizes available from 250g to 7KG.

As well as the classic Dulche de Leche we also offer Pastelero/Repostero. The consistency is a little thicker and it is not quite as sweet. It is often used for making cakes and baking pastries.
