An argentine spice mixture to prepare the clasic sauce Chimichurri.
In the Gauchos land, well known for its Football passion and good
wine, good food is highly appreciated. In Argentina the meat has to
come with the famous "Chimichurri".
The Chimichurri is well known for its mild spicy flavour, ideal for
grilled meat and/or for marinating any kind of meat. This way the meat
will have a special "touch" and will also prevent the meat from
getting dry.
The composition of the Chimichurri is: oregano, ají molido
(grounded red pepper), laurel, garlic, thyme, salt, parsley, pepper and
glutamate.
