The Chorizos are pre-cooked in hot water and after the vacuum packing they are deep-freezed. This process makes the Chorizos more durable and enables us to send them with EXPRESS DELIVERY within Germany.

You will receive the Chorizos fresh and frozen.
The Chorizos are stored in deep freeze and leave our distribution centre in aspecially designed packaging system. The system has been designed solely for the distribution of temperature sensitive goods by post. Through the use of cooling elements we can ensure that all products maintain a temperature between 2-8°C over a period of 24 hours with an average outside temperature of 20°C.
