 
In the year 1956 Lauro Raatz and his wife Sara started producing yerba mate in Paraguay.
At the beginning, they prepared small orders but little by little and with a lot of dedication they reached selling in the entire national market.
Nowadays, they count with a hundred workers and modern automated facilities that produce a daily amount of up to 30,000 kg of yerba and are present on five continents.
Faith made the couple to find the strength to achieve what today is Yerba Mate "Pajarito"... a real one: "Orgullo Nacional" (National Pride)
