The yerba mate Kraus has been produced since the beginning of 20th century following the family tradition, working the field under the principles and requirements of a sustainable agriculture. Always looking for the preservation and fertility of the field in long terms.
Kraus Organic Pure Leaf 500g is a certified organic yerba mate without stems and without powder. It has been produced with a unique drying process which consists the indirect warming through the heat by a boiler. This way a smoke-free tea with a really smooth taste and a nice aroma is obtained.
Due to the different production and drying process without smoke, Kraus Mate differs in its taste and smell from other yerba mate teas.

Preparation in the French Press / Teapot: for 1 litre you take approx. 12g yerba mate and let it brew at 80 degrees for approx. 5 minutes.
