The white maize meal is a fundamental part of the Venezualan and Colombian cooking tradition. It is the base for the most typical food of northern Southamerica, the 'arepas'. The P.A.N corn flour is a product made of pure maize. It does not contain any gluten, preservatives, artificial colours, flavourings or other chemicals.
