1. Validity
This general terms and conditions are valid for all supplies of the Company Delicatino GmbH.
Differing or additional agreements must be approved in writing from Delicatino GmbH.

2. Shipping terms
Delicatino GmbH will try to fulfill the delivery period. The order will be shipped at the latest one working day after ordering.

3. Execution of the contract
The presentation of the products on our on-line shop is not binding. The client formalizes the sales contract of the products in the cart of contents by giving the order in our shop. Delicatino GmbH will confirm the acknowledgment of the order per Email. The Acceptance of the contract takes place at the moment of receiving the parcel.

4. Revocation
Right of revocation

The client has the possibility to cancel the contract in writing (also per Email) or just by returning the product within two weeks.

In case of revocation the client must return the benefits obtained. If returning the whole or part of the benefits where not possible, or just in deteriorated conditions, the client will have to refund the value.When returning a product, the client will cover the shipping charges if the amount of the order was below 40,-Euro or if at the moment of making the revocation has not paid yet. If regular shipping were not possible the goods will be picked up. The payment deadline is 30 days (which begin when we get the product back).

5. Product defect
I you receive a defect product we will take it back. However we would like to point that Mate is a natural product. We do not have any influences on the taste. And taste, color and appearance may vary. The same must be said about the containers.
If you ever get a product which does not reach your expectations, please let us know. Reclamations about shipment, shipment to a wrong address or wrong amounts have to be done in the course of a week after receiving the shipment. After validating the reclamation, Delicatino GmbH will deliver subsequently, change the products for the desired ones or make a discount.

6. Prices and pictures
The offers are without engagement. In case of evident mistakes such us write errors or mistakes, the prices can be subject to changes.
The pictures in our shop do not always match up with the original. Please take a look to the product descriptions.

7. Payment methods and privacy
All Delicatino GmbH bills are automatically valid and the must be fully paid. We guarantee that we will not give over any personal data.

8. Conditional sales and prior sales
All products remain property of Delicatino GmbH until the payment has been completed.

9. Place of fulfillment and jurisdiction
Place of fulfillment is the place of business of Delicatino GmbH. Any conflict which arises out of the contractual relationship must be solve at the court in which Delicatino GmbH stands.

10. Nullity of single points
If it turns up to be a void part in the contract the rest of the contract remains in existence.
